In\naddition, a good energy efficiency rating rose three spots to sixth place,\nwhile a new boiler or central heating system was four positions higher than\nlast<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"hd-block hd-block-paragraph\">\n<p>year in ninth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"hd-block hd-block-paragraph\">\n<p><strong>Top spot<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"hd-block hd-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Interestingly,\nthe top five must-have house attributes remained the same this year as last,\nwith a private garden and central heating tied at the top of the table.
