This means that someone moving from an F to a C rating\ncould net an additional \u00a355,111 based on the current national average asking\nprice of property!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"hd-block hd-block-paragraph\">\n<p><strong>Some\nregions are leading the way<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"hd-block hd-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Over\nthe past five years, 22% of British homes have been upgraded from a D rating or\nbelow to a C rating or above. However, some regions are doing better than\naverage, with the South East (26%) in first place, followed by Wales (24%) and\nthe East of England (23%).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"hd-block hd-block-paragraph\">\n<p><strong><em>It is\nimportant to take professional advice before making any decision relating to\nyour personal finances.
