Minister for Women Maria Caulfield commented on the news, <em>\u201cMaking sure the right people are in the top roles is not just morally right, it makes good business sense. I\u2019m delighted to see this huge progress, years ahead of when we expected it.\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"hd-block hd-block-paragraph\">\n<p>This is significant when you consider that, just over ten years ago 152 of the FTSE 350 boards had no women on them at all.
