Other bloom-brightened addresses such as ‘Pinks’ and ‘Helenium’ also commanded sizeable uplifts of 53% and 41% respectively. Not every floral street flourishes, though – names like ‘Phlox,’ ‘Weigela’ and ‘Gloxinia’ were linked to value drops of up to 55%.
